How privacy works in Sylor

• Profile information. This includes the name, avatar, and bio you choose to add to your profile.
• Content and activity. This includes videos, cover images, captions, comments, likes, follows, search terms, prep lists, cue items, and safety preferences such as muted or blocked profiles.
• Purchase information. When you buy gems through Apple’s in-app purchase services, we receive transaction-related details such as product identifiers and purchase status needed to deliver the virtual item.
• Support communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you include in your message and any attachments or details you provide to help us respond.

Sylor may request access to photos, camera, and microphone so you can select clips from your library, capture new video, and update your avatar. These permissions are used to support the actions you choose to take inside the app.

We use information to operate the clip feed, display profiles and posts, support search, publish user-submitted content, enable comments and follows, provide prep-list organization tools, process gem purchases and gifts, maintain account and safety features, and respond to support requests. We may also use information to detect misuse, enforce our rules, and improve the experience inside the app.

• Profile details, posted clips, captions, and comments may be visible to other users inside Sylor based on how the app presents community content.
• Purchase transactions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase systems and are also subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
• We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users and the service.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, provide requested features, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations. You can update profile information, remove posted content where controls are available, and use in-app account deletion features to request removal of your account and related content.

• You can edit your profile name, bio, and avatar in the app.
• You can manage camera, microphone, and photo permissions in iOS settings.
• You can use follow, unfollow, mute, and block-related controls available in Sylor.
• You can contact us if you have a privacy question or request.

Sylor is not directed to children under the age required by applicable digital consent laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the situation.
