Terms for using Sylor

By accessing or using Sylor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You are responsible for the information you place in your profile and for activity that takes place through your use of the app. You agree to use Sylor only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Sylor allows you to post videos, captions, comments, profile images, bios, and planning notes. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Sylor a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and present the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload the content you share, including rights related to images, video, music, costumes, trademarks, and any third-party material that may appear in your posts.

• Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or target other users.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation or security of the app.
• Do not use Sylor to distribute spam or unauthorized commercial promotions.

Features such as follows, likes, comments, profile browsing, search, prep lists, and cue items are provided to support community interaction and scene organization. You agree to use these tools respectfully and in a way that does not disrupt the experience of others.

Sylor offers virtual gems that may be purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase services and used to send support to posts inside the app. Gems are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money or property except where required by applicable law.

Pricing, availability, and promotional offers may change. Billing and payment processing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Refund requests are governed by Apple’s processes and applicable law.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate use of the app if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these terms, created risk for other users, or misused the service. You may also stop using the app and request account deletion through available in-app controls.

The Sylor app, including its design, code, branding, and original service materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Sylor is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. User-generated content reflects the views of the users who post it, not necessarily the views of Sylor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sylor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app, your inability to use the app, user content, or transactions involving gems.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Sylor after updated terms are made available means you accept the revised terms.
