Purchase support
Gem purchases are initiated through Apple’s in-app purchase system. If you were charged but did not receive the expected gem balance inside Sylor, contact us and include the product you attempted to buy and the issue you observed. Billing and refund handling may also be subject to Apple’s own processes.
